Home staging plays a significant part in a property deal. With so many listings competing for the same buyers, the first impression is vital to getting attention and interests, before it can be even sold.

Once we took over this unit from our past seller who referred us, we met up with this seller and explained how are we gonna help to sell her unit to the best we can.

Previous colour of the unit colour and  decoration looks a bit dated and may pale in comparsion amidst the competition.

We arranged for painters to give it a fresh look, and arranged for home staging to eventually created this image you see here. We even revised the offer from $369,000 to $395,000

Results? Within 11 days, we have 8 groups of viewers, to which 3 offered, exceeded our seller's expectation and closed at record sale price. and our sale record lasted for 1 year plus before another unit edged slighly above ours, in between units were transacted as well that were lower than the price we did.
